I attempted to set up my account to purchase a vehicle, but I kept running into an internal server error. After a couple of days, Customer Support finally reached out to assist me. They concluded that there was a software glitch affecting IOS users. When I tried to configure it again from a Windows device, I still didn’t get the email. Their suggestion? Check your junk or spam folder or try a different email. You've got to be joking. Working with a dealer is way less of a hassle.

I’m starting to think that all these glowing reviews are either from an employee or folks who haven’t actually tried to get a car from this place. We just went through a grueling 8-week ordeal, and it felt like our order was stuck in limbo. I was calling and emailing almost every day. Each week, they’d say, 'Your order will be picked up Thursday from our Chevy guy,' but it never happened. This might not be a full-on scam, but it sure isn’t the level of customer service I’d expect. Seriously, do some digging!
